Quality charter

Liryc has set up a quality procedure coordinated by a Quality Management Manager who is also in charge of health and safety in the Institute.

The Quality Management System is based on the ISO 9001 (2015) standard. In addition to the regulations in force, other standards such as Good Laboratory Practice or Good Clinical Practice, specific guides or guides published by the institutions involved in the IHU are followed.

The quality approach implemented includes management by process as well as the formalisation of procedures, risk management and the identification of indicators.

5 commitments

Our policy is based on a constant search for continuous improvement of its organisation with a view to producing a search for excellence and satisfying all beneficiaries. It is defined by five commitments:

  • Research excellence: We are setting up an organisation that aims to support research excellence, which is visible and recognised at international level through the promotion of the results obtained.
  • Improvement: We are committed to continuous improvement in the quality of our research and services.
  • Sharing: The establishment of a common management culture between researchers from different laboratories, between researchers and support services and between the public and private sectors is our priority. This involves sharing information in our activities.
  • Listening: The quality department is available to listen in the event of non-compliance with our commitments.
  • Integrity: We are committed to respecting the regulations for all our activities, to respecting the environment and to guaranteeing a quality of research and service according to international standards.
